Lovely engagement shoot today at Back Bay in Newport. Seems like it’s been forever since I’ve been able to shoot. The weather was perfect today… but then again it is every day so it seems. Wonder if I will ever miss the snow? I wanted them to feel stranded but still enjoying each other. I feel like this first image does just that.

Great shots! Love that first one!!

Elegant

I spent the day yesterday with Katrina doing her bridal portraits. She amazed me at how present she was during the shoot. She was right there with me the whole time. I’m a big fan of bridal portraits. It gives a bride the time needed to make great images at her best, without the stress that can happen on the wedding day. I can’t think of a more perfect example than my time with Katrina. She was so relaxed except for maybe the short time she was cold. I’m so glad I’m moving from single digit weather where this won’t be a problem. Long Beach, here I come!

Niiice shots!

Babies!

Krystine from Infinitelysweet.com called me last week and asked if I was still in town. With the move date continually getting pushed back because of circumstances out of my control I told her I was. It turned out to be a real blessing for the both of us that my move has been delayed. It was so much fun shooting such beautiful kids and hearing all the moms cooing over their little ones.
